"Logic will get you from A to B.  Imagination will take you everywhere."   Albert Einstein

Teaching others about the power of art therapy and expressive modalities has become my life work.
As adjunct instructor in the Steinhardt School of Education, Culture and Human Development at New York University, I lecture on adolescent development and art therapy as well as professional practice in the field,
and am a guest lecturer at the MPS Art Therapy program at the School of Visual Arts in NYC.
I've been mentoring student interns since 2004 and was formally hired to teach in 2010.

Since 2006, I have guest lectured and presented experiential workshops, nationally as well as internationally.

I am happy to consult with you to develop art therapy programming within your setting or agency that best meets your needs and am available to lecture or provide workshops on the following:
  • Introduction to Art Therapy
  • Group Process in Art Therapy
  • Adolescent Art Therapy
  • Art Therapy and Altruism
  • Art Journaling
  • Altered Books/Small Books
  • Doll Making for Therapists
  • Weaving as Therapy

Any presentation can be combined with an art experiential.
