Mandalas and Energy Healing

Learn basic concepts of energy healing and mandala making as a form of stress reduction and meditation. Although not a Reiki attunement, Reiki energy, chakras and Jungian structure and symbolism in mandalas will all be explored. We will engage in several meditative exercises and create a number of mandalas and develop a personal symbology for mandala work.
Bring water, a light lunch and wear comfortable clothing.
$120 for the day - student rate is a available. Inquire when you register.

One of our most popular workshops! We are running it again due to demand in December and holding a morning and an afternoon session to accommodate everyone. Meditate on affirmations and resolutions for the new year. Learn to make tiny books, make a gift for yourself or another. All supplies provided.
